How do I connect WHMCS with a reseller account?

WHMCS connects to all WHM/cPanel servers. Just login to your WHMCS admin area, click on 'Setup' => 'Product/Services' => 'Servers'. From there you can 'Add New Server' which will take you to the server setup form. Select 'cPanel' from the downdrop and provide your WHM logins.

Can I oversell the resources on my WHM Reseller package?

All resources can be oversold and when you start using more disk space you can upgrade instantly by logging into your client portal and selecting the 'Upgrade' option.
