Our main shared hosting services had some issues with apache and DNS services which caused the servers to be unavailable. Our support team worked through the night and made sure the network was back online asap. Like anyone we dont like downtime but we have seen some good from this which was that we have learned some new ways of making our services load and preform faster. This will help current/new customers in the future.
Next step: We have our team monitoring the services to make sure they are running as normal and we also have our domain registers helping with our DNS records / servers to make sure everything goes through as it should.
